Ward Secretaries of 5 Municipalities of Kathmandu District namely Nagarjuna, Chandragiri, Tarkeshwar, Dakshinkali and Budhanilkantha were trained on the distribution of citizenship certificate. The participants addressed their questions to legal experts and the Chief District Officer of Kathmandu. The Citizenship Team of the Kathmandu District was also present in the event.
