The VDC Secretaries of Sankhuwasabha were trained on the process of distribution of citizenship certificates in the office of the District Development Committee in Khandbari. The event was attended by the Assistant Chief District Officer, District Court Judge and the District Attorney of Sankhuwasabha along with the participants.
