FWLD and Ipas Nepal in coordination with Health Directorate of Gandaki Province organized a Sensitization Program with Province Parliamentarians and concern stakeholders on SM and RHR Act and Safe Abortion Service on 2 March 2020 in Gandaki Province, Pokhara. The program was chaired by Dr. Binod Bindu Sharma, Director of Health Directorate, whereas Hon’ble Nar Devi Pun, Minister of Social Development Ministry attended the program as a chief guest, Hon’ble Shreejana Sharma and Deputy speaker of province parliament, Hon’ble Krishna Chandra Nepali, Leader of Opposition Party of Province Parliament attended the program as a special guest. The program was facilitated by Adv. Nabin Kumar Shrestha, Dr. Binod Bindu Sharma, Ms. Madhabi Bajracharya, Ms. Tham Kumari Kuwar and Mr Nawaraj Sharma. Ms. Kamala Rana Magar welcomed all the participants and highlighted objective of the program. Parliamentarians, president of Civil Society organisation, special guest and chief guest gave remarks in the program.
