On 10th February 2020, District Transitional Justice Network, Banke, formed by FWLD submitted a 13-points memorandum to Dr. Dhawal Shumsher Rana, Mayor of Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City concerning collection of data relating to conflict victim, allocation of budget and programs for conflict victims.
