FWLD conducted a district level dialogue program in Baijanath Rural Municipality, Bankatawa, Banke on 20th February, 2020 concerning allocation of budget and programs for conflict victim. The participants were local representatives, members of District Transitional Justice Network, conflict victims and civil society. The program concluded with the commitment by rural municipality to work in the income generation, skill training, education and health of conflict victim.
