Crime Victim Protection in Nepal and Role of Law Enforcer

FWLD conducted a Discussion Program concerning implementation of Crime Victim Protection Act, 2075 with Court officials, Government Attorneys, Police Officials and Advocates on August 16, 2019 at Hotel Prakash, Makwanpur. In the program, Makwanpur District Judge, Hon. Dilli Ratna Shrestha presented about the “Legal Provisions relating to Crime Victim Protection in Nepal and Role of Law Enforcer”. Likewise, Adv. Mana Prasad Bhattrai presented on the Provisions of Crime Victim Protection Act, 2075 and perception of Victims on it. The discussion program was facilitated by Adv. Sabin Shrestha, Adv. Deepesh Shrestha & Adv. Lalita Shrestha.
