Forum for Women, Law, and Development (FWLD) is seeking proposals from organizations to prepare a documentary video under the project “CSO’s Allied Action on VaWG”. The documentary video is about the documentation of the project outcomes. The working area is in Kathmandu, project areas in Lumbini (Rupandehi and Nepalgunj) and Madhesh Province (Bara, Sarlahi, Saptari). The documentary video will be of 15 minutes duration.
The sealed proposal should be submitted preferably on or before 23rd February 2026 by 5:00 PM, to FWLD’s office or be emailed at info@fwld.org
TERMS OF REFERENCE
Scope of Work
- Prepare a documentary video
- Content will be guided by FWLD
- Must be in Nepali language along with English subtitles
- Field Visits and Interaction with stakeholders
Eligibility
- Prior work experience in preparing documentary video
- Prior work experience in making videos on social issues
- Ability to operate under a strict time limit
- Must be legally constituted and registered under the law of Nepal
Ownership / Copyright
FWLD will own the final product and retain all rights to use, edit, and distribute it as it sees fit.
Duration
The total time-frame available for the project is 1 months.
Budget
- The budget is negotiable based on the detailed requirements of your proposal. Please provide a comprehensive budget breakdown and justification for the requested amount, and we are open to discussing adjustments to accommodate the scope and needs of your project.
