Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) is seeking proposals for  Organizational Email Services from Zoho Mail for the year 2026. Interested businesses or enterprises are requested to submit their proposals required by FWLD for 2025.

The quotation must include the rate for the following Plans from Zoho Mail:

1. Mail Basic 5 GB: 10 users
2. Mail 10 GB: 6 users
3. Mail Premium 50 Gb: 8 users

The quotation, along with the required documents, must be physically submitted to FWLD’s office or via email to raj@fwld.org.

Required Documents:

1. Letter of Interest.
2. Quotation
3. PAN/ VAT registration details
4. Registration Certificate (under the laws of Nepal).
5. Tax Clearance Certificate

Submission Deadline:

Interested applicants are requested to submit their proposals by 31st December 2025, 5:00 PM at the FWLD office, Adarsha Marg, Thapathali-11, Kathmandu.
