FWLD is seeking a consultant/expert to conduct a Review and assessment of child marriage policies and legal provisions that impact boys and girls under the project “Increasing the Effectiveness of policy and legal measures to address issues of Child Protection GBVs, Child Marriage and Civil Registration in Nepal”.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in law with at least 5 years of experience in developing strategies, analysis and research, training and curriculum development.
- Prior experience of working on child protection issues including gender inequality, diversity and social inclusion.
Responsibility:
The consultant’s primary responsibility is to conduct a review and assessment of child marriage policies and legal provisions that impact boys and girls The assessment should also identify gaps in the policies or legal provisions, as well as provide the areas for improvement.
