JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of Executive Director and Program Coordinator provide technical, administrative and logistical support and assist in the implementation of the Project.
- Assist in organizing project events, workshops, and trainings.
- Assist in the development of project plans, work plans and project reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reports in coordination with other members of the program and finance team.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
- Ensure project activities comply with donor and organizational requirement.
- Assist the Management Committee and the Admin/Finance Team of the organization in the procurement process related to the Project.
- Identify and introduce concepts and proposals for programmatic interventions.
- Support the project team in any other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in law, social science, development studies, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working on similar areas.
- Experience in project management and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
