Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) invites proposals from qualified individuals, firms, organizations, or production companies to produce a video highlighting the activities and achievements of the project “Comprehensive Capacity Development Support to Women Parliamentarians at the Federal and Provincial Levels to Advance Gender-Responsive and Inclusive Governance.”
The video producer has to document key project interventions, outcomes, and impacts, showcasing efforts to strengthen the capacity of women parliamentarians and promote gender-responsive and inclusive governance at the federal and provincial levels in Nepal.
The technical and budget proposal should be kept in separate envelopes and must be sealed; both envelopes should be kept in one single large envelope and also must be sealed as well with the authorized signature. Interested candidates are requested to send their proposals on or before 22nd May 2026, by COB (Office Time: 5:00 pm) to FWLD’s office or via email on info@fwld.org
TERMS OF REFERENCE
Scope of Work
- Prepare one video of around 5 – 10 minutes
- Content will be provided by the FWLD team
- The script should be prepared by the company
- Must be in Nepali Language with English subtitles
Eligibility:
- Prior work experience in preparing videos
- Prior work experience in social issues
- Ability to operate under a strict time limit
- Must be legally constituted and registered under the law of Nepal
Budget
- Kindly consider proposing a budget scale
Ownership / Copyright
- FWLD will own the final product and retain all rights to use, edit, and distribute it as it sees fit

- Tax clearance certificate at least up to the 081/82 fiscal year
