Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) invites proposals from qualified individuals/organizations/companies for the production of an info-graphic/animated video. The info-graphic video will focus on the Economic Rights of Women, highlighting key issues such as access to employment, equal pay, financial inclusion, entrepreneurship opportunities, and legal protections.
The objective is to create a visually compelling and informative video that raises awareness, simplifies complex concepts, and effectively communicates key messages to a broad audience. The technical and budget proposal should be kept in separate envelopes and must be sealed; both the envelopes should be kept in one single large envelop and also must be sealed as well with the authorized signature. Interested candidates are requested to send their proposals on or before 15 May 2026, by COB (Office Time: 5:30 pm) to FWLD’s office or via email on info@fwld.org

TERMS OF REFERENCE
Scope of Work
- Prepare One info-graphic/animated video of around 5 – 10 minutes
- Content and story line will be provided by FWLD team
- Must be in Nepali Language with English subtitle along with sign language for person with hearing impaired.
Eligibility:
- Prior work experience in preparing info-graphic/animated video
- Prior work experience in social issues
- Ability to operate under a strict time limit
- Must be legally constituted and registered under the law of Nepal
Budget
- Kindly consider proposing budget scale
Ownership / Copyright
- FWLD will own the final product and retain all rights to use, edit and distribute it as it sees fit

- Tax clearance certificate at least up to 081/82 fiscal year
