Forum for Women, Law, and Development (FWLD) is seeking a proposal from individuals/organizations for Facebook promotion, Zoom Pro subscription, and Bulk SMS service from Jan 2026 to Dec 2026. The sealed proposal should be submitted preferably on or before 05:00 PM, Dec 26, 2025, to FWLD’s office or via email to raj@fwld.org.

Scope of Work:
- Facebook Promotion for various campaigns, events, banners, videos, or any type of content
- Instagram Promotion for various campaigns, events, banners, videos, or any type of content
- Zoom Pro Subscription
- Bulk SMS campaigns
Eligibility:
- Prior work experience in Facebook Promotion
- Prior work experience in Instagram Promotion
- Prior work experience in Zoom
- Prior work experience in Bulk SMS
- Ability to operate under a strict time limit
- Must be legally constituted and registered under the law of Nepal
Budget:
Kindly propose the quotation for the following:
- Facebook Promotion for an estimated 10,000 people reach/views aged 13+
- Instagram Promotion for an estimated 10,000 people reach/views aged 13+
- Zoom Pro Subscription for a Month
- Bulk SMS per SMS, including all service charges
Required documents:
- Letter of interest
- Registration certificate under the law of Nepal
- Tax clearance certificate at least up to 2081/82 fiscal year
- Proposed budget
