Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) is seeking qualified video production companies/professionals to create a minute video showcasing forum theatre performances conducted to address gender-based violence. The project involves creating a 5-7 minute video that captures the essence and impact of the forum theatre performances (community outreach initiatives).

BACKGROUND

Our organization successfully conducted a series of 22 forum theatre performances across 7 selected districts: Ilam, Jhapa, Sunsari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Sindhuli, and Kavrepalanchok, focusing on addressing gender-based violence through interactive community engagement. The video shall incorporate footage, pictures, and public bites to highlight the impact of these performances.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Objective: Produce a 5-7 minute video capturing the essence of the forum theatre performances, including key moment, audience engagement, and public testimonials.
• Content: Utilize provided videos and pictures from the 22 performances across the 7 districts. Include public bite(short interviews)
• Duration: 5-7 minutes.
• Deliverables:
• A high-quality edited video
• One round of revision based on feedback.
• The final product in digital format ready for publication.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Required Documentation:

• Company Registration Certificate
• Tax Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082

Qualification Requirements:

• Prior work experience in video production and editing
• Prior work experience in social issues
• Understanding of social issues, particularly gender-based violence themes
• Must be legally constituted and registered under the law of Nepal

BUDGET

• Kindly consider proposing a budget scale.

OWNERSHIP / COPYRIGHT

FWLD will own the final product and retain all rights to use, edit, and distribute it as it sees fit

2. Registration certificate under the law of Nepal
3. Tax Registration Certificate
4. Tax Clearance Certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082
