Kudos to FWLD team Banke for successfully achieving Anu Maurey’s citizenship in the name of mother. Thought the citizenship in the name of mother has been guaranteed by the Constitution, Anu’s citizenship was delayed by the District Administration Office even though she presented all the right documents. She approached FWLD team Banke and together they filed a case at High Court Tulsipur, Nepalgunj Bench. The Court then ordered the DAO to provide the citizenship to Anu in the name of mother by decent. Once again, congratulations to the FWLD team Banke for the success.
