FWLD with support of UN Women organized a Provincial Consultation in Province 5 (Butwal) on “Existing Legal Provisions Related to Violence Against Women and Girls in Nepal – with special focus on relief fund and response mechanism related to GBV issues” on 22nd November, 2019 in Butwal. Representatives from government organizations, like – Provincial Parliamentarians, High court, Internal Affairs and Law Ministry, Social Development Ministry, High Government Attorney, including representatives from other districts of the province 5.The program was coordinated by Adv. Nagendra Bashyal (District Coordinator for FWLD), Ms. Neha Gurung, Adv. Deepesh Shrestha, Mr. Santosh Poudel and was facilitated by Adv. Sabin Shrestha.
