Owing to the 12 critical areas of Beijing Platform for Action, participants and members of National Network for Beijing-review Nepal (NNBN) participating in the parallel session in the National Consultation event for preparing the Civil Society Report on October 17 and 18, 2019. The 12 critical areas which were discussed in the event are as follows: Women and Poverty, Education and Training of women, Women and Health, Violence against Women, Women and Armed Conflict, Women and the Economy, Women in Power and Decision Making, Women and Institutional Mechanisms, Human Rights of Women, Women and Media, Women and Environment, The girl child.
