A meeting was conducted with MoWCSW chaired by Joint Secretary Radhika Aryal on the drafting of the Bills on Article 38 (3) and Article 38(5) of the Constitution.
The meeting was held at the Ministry on 19th and 20th of March, 2018.
The meeting was about Article 38 which ensures the fundamental Rights of women in which drafting the Bills of Article 38(3) which states about “Equality to women” and Article 38(5) which ensures “Special Opportunity to women” was discussed. The Bill must be enacted as law within September 2018.
