A Provincial Level Network was successfully formed on 28th May, 2018 at Kathmandu, Province No. 3. A total of 11 participants from different districts of Province 3 attended the program including the representatives from National Human Rights Commission, National Women’s Commission and National Dalit Commission. The province would work for the advocacy of citizenship rights and vital registration.
