FWLD organized focused group discussion on ‘Existing Legal Provisions Related to Violence Against Women and Girls in Nepal – with special focus on relief fund and response mechanism related to GBV issues in Annapurna Rural Municipality ,Pokhara Municipality of Kaski District on 14th and 15th November ,2019 and on Bhairawaha, Rupandehi on 19th November ,2019.Representative government officials from Annapurna Rural Municipality along with members of local level civil societies and few victims/survivors participated in this discussion meeting. This discussion meeting is conducted as a part of larger program related to review of existing legal provisions on GBV laws with special focus on relief fund and response mechanism.This FGD, which is supported by UN Women and organized by FWLD, was coordinated and conducted by Adv. Madhavi Pandey (FWLD enumerator at Kaski Province).
