A District Level Training for the Local Representatives and Government Officials on Citizenship and Vital Registration was conducted on 27th June, 2018 in Maadi Municipality, Chitwan. The discussion program was chaired by Deputy Mayor Ms. Tara Kumari Kaji Mahato while Mr. Thakur Prasad Dhakal Mayor of Maadi Municipality attended the meeting as a chief guest. The Director of DoCR Mr. Kesar Bahadur Pandit and Executive Officer of Maadi Municupality graced the dias as guests. A total of 57 participants from different Ward Offices along with Ward president, Ward Secretary and other Members attended the meeting. A presentation in the procedural complexity while applying the vital registration and citizenship was made while the issues regarding citizenship and vital registration was thoroughly discussed.
