FWLD conducted a District Level Dialogue program in Dhangadi, Kailali on 7th February, 2020 concerning allocation of budget and programs for conflict victims. The participants were local representatives, civil society, conflict victims and media persons. The program concluded with three major decisions that Ms. Yashoda Bhandari, executive member of Dhangadi Sub-metropolitan will be the focal person for handling the issues of conflict victim, data of conflict victim will be updated in coordination with District Administration Office and budget will be allocated particularly for conflict victim now onwards.
