A discussion program on the issue of citizenship, vital registration and the role and responsibilities of newly elected local level representatives was held in Dhangadi on August 31, 2017. The program was graced by Director General of DoCR, Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Ward chairperson, Ward secretaries, members of executive. The program was jointly organized by FWLD and Dhangadi sub metropolitan city.
