A discussion program on the issue of citizenship, vital registration and the role and responsibilities of newly elected local level representatives was held in Bhadrapur, Jhapa on Oct. 25, 2017. The program was graced by Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Administrative officer of CDO office, Ward chairperson, Ward secretaries and members of executive committee. The program was jointly organized by FWLD and Bhadrapur Municipality office. During the program, Forum Theater was showcased on the issue of hurdles faced while acquiring citizenship.
