A discussion program on the issue of citizenship, vital registration and the role and responsibilities of newly elected local level representatives was held in Biratnagar, Morang on Oct 28, 2017. The program was graced by Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Ward chairperson, Ward secretaries and members of executive committee. The program was jointly organized by FWLD and Biratnagar Metropolitan City office. During the program, Forum Theater was showcased on the issue of hurdles faced while acquiring citizenship.
