FWLD organized a discussion program “National Legal Aid Draft Policy” on 29th June, 2018 at Hotel Woodland, Durbarmarg. Advocate Manisa Poudel from CWAD/LACC, Mr. Jagdish Pd. Adhiarki from DHRC/NDWA and Mr. Dhan Bd. Mijar from FEDO/SF presented a paper on the topics “Civil Legal and Paralegal Policy”; “Disability Prospective” and “Prospective of Dalit and Other Marginalized Groups” respectively. FWLD chairperson Advocate Meera Dhungana discussed about the overall presented paper and other issues raised by participants. She also highlighted other important issues that are to be included in National Legal Aid Draft Policy.
