FWLD in collaboration with the International Alert conducted a Dialogue Program on “Roles of the Local Agencies in dealing with the issues of the Conflict Victims” with concerned stakeholders including representatives of the local level governments, representative of Badhghari Association, police, community based organizations, civil societies and conflict victims at Gulariya Municipality, Bardiya on 7th April, 2018.
