FWLD invites quotations from Software Development Companies for Web Application Development for Keeping Records of Citizenship Related Data under the Project “Support to Persons without Legal Identity (LNOB)”. Quotation should be submitted to FWLD’s Office or email by 5:00 P.M., preferably on or before April 17, 2023.

Terms of Reference

Scope of Work:

• Develop a web-based application for keeping records of citizenship-related data
• The application must have the feature to check the duplicate data
• The application must have the feature to import/export Excel data
• The application must have the feature to be used by various users at a time

Budget:

Propose a budget scale.

Required Documents:

• Letter of interest
• Registration certificate under Nepalese law
• Latest tax clearance certificate
