Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) is seeking proposals for office supplies for the year 2025. Interested businesses or enterprises are requested to submit their proposals along with an Excel sheet that lists the items required by FWLD for 2025. Please note that these items must not be modified. Instead, provide the rates for each item, along with the necessary stamp and signature, and ensure full compliance with all the specified rules.
The proposal, along with the required documents, must be physically submitted to FWLD’s office with proper sealing. Proposals that do not meet the sealing requirement will not be accepted.
Required Documents:
- Letter of Interest.
- Completed rate sheet (attached Excel sheet in this call for proposal).
- PAN/ VAT registration details
- Registration Certificate (under the laws of Nepal).
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
Submission Deadline:
Interested applicants are requested to submit their proposals by 31st December 2024, 5:00 PM at the FWLD office, Adarsha Marg, Thapathali-11, Kathmandu.
