FWLD is seeking a consultant/expert to conduct an In-depth legal analysis of child protection and GBV laws and policies impacting children adversely and identify potential areas for legislative reforms in child protection and GBV under the project “Increasing the Effectiveness of policy and legal measures to address issues of Child Protection GBVs, Child Marriage and Civil Registration in Nepal”.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in law with at least 5 years of experience in developing strategies, analysis and research, training and curriculum development.
• Prior experience of working on child protection issues including gender inequality, diversity and social inclusion.

Responsibility:

The consultant’s primary responsibility is to conduct an in-depth legal analysis of child protection and GBV laws and policies impacting children adversely and identify potential areas for legislative reforms in child protection.
