The Forum for Women, Law, and Development (FWLD) is seeking proposals from individuals to prepare a concept note for theoretical approval on umbrella legislation for the service fund and services related to social rehabilitation in the case of Gender-Based Violence. The concept note should be prepared in the Nepali language, and the format will be provided by FWLD. This shall be conducted under the GBV PR Phase II project.

Required qualification and experience

The interested applicant should have following qualifications and experience for this task:

• Bachelors’ degree in law

• At least 3 years’ working experience in legal sector

• Prior working experience in the issues of gender-based violence, service fund and social rehabilitation
