About Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD):
Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) is an autonomous, non-profit, non-governmental organization established on May 29, 1995 for the protection, promotion and enjoyment of women’s rights, children’s rights, minorities’ rights and the rights of marginalized groups. FWLD envisions a world where human rights are fully realized where social injustice and discrimination are eradicated, and where equality prevails. To achieve it, FWLD has been constantly working to change the discriminatory laws and the discrimination embedded in society and culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of Executive Director provide technical, administrative and logistical support and assist in the implementation of the Project.
- Assist in organizing project events
- Develop event reports and quarterly progress reports
- Ensure project activities comply with donor and organizational requirement
- Support in any other task as required by the project
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Social Science or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in development sector
- Experience in project management and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
