JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervisions of Executive Director and Program Coordinator collect the documents of citizenship and birth registration cases from the designated districts along with the required additional documents.
- Prepare the list of the collected documents according to the format provided by the organization
- Distinguishing the districts and the documents collected.
- Manage the document ensuring that all documents are labelled, sorted, categorized, stored, tracked, and updated as required.
- Retrieving documents upon request
- Controlling access to documents.
- Utilizing storage software and applications for electronic filing.
- Create and maintain accurate records of documents including electronic and hard copies.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of the project data.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports of the documents collected and documented.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Additional responsibilities based on demonstrated ability and/or program needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in information management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Document Management Software.
- Understand development issues.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of Executive Director ensuring that the project is effectively monitored and evaluated.
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation framework, data analysis and reporting and program management.
- Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators
- Analyse and report on project and program data to inform decision-making.
- Support project progress reporting, project mid-term review and final evaluation.
- Collaborate with the Project Team to identify indicators, targets and data collection methods.
- Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
- Provide advice to the supervisor on improving project performance using M&E findings.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirement for monitoring and evaluation.
- Identify the areas where the technical assistance is needed
- Provide technical assistance to program team in data management and analysis.
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of the project data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as statistics, social science or development studies.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sector, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex data sets.
- Excellent with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Understand development issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
