About FWLD

Forum for Women, Law, and Development (FWLD) is an autonomous, non-profit, non-governmental organization working for equality and non- discrimination. FWLD is seeking proposals from organizations/companies for the preparation and broadcasting of PSA and Radio Drama related to inclusive voter education and civic participation in the election for an upcoming anticipated project.

Major Responsibilities:

Production:

  • PSA
    • Produce a PSA related to inclusive voter education and civic participation in the election
    • Produce PSA in 8 different languages (Nepali, Maithali, Bhojpuri, Tharu, Tamang, Bajjaki, Awadhi, Newari)
    • Produce a PSA of 30 seconds.
  • Radio Drama
    • Produce a radio drama related to inclusive voter education and civic participation in the election.
    • Radio drama should be 10-12 minutes long.

     Broadcasting:

  • Broadcasting of a PSA of 30 seconds in 8 different languages.
  • Broadcasting of a radio drama in the Nepali language.
  • Should cover the Radio/FM of all the provinces.

Eligibility:

  • Prior work experience in producing and broadcasting PSA and Radio drama
  • Ability to work under a strict time limit
  • Must be legally constituted and registered under the law of Nepal.
  • Must have tax clearance up to 2081/82

Required documents:

  • Cover letter
  • Registration certificate under the law of Nepal
  • Tax clearance certificate up to 2081/82
  • Technical proposal with proposed working plan
  • Financial proposal with a separate budget for production and broadcasting
  • CV of one of the key people engaged.

Ownership/Copyright

  • FWLD will own the final product and retain the right to use, edit, and distribute it as it sees fit.
